IDT is a global company who are leaders in 3D print technology and print-on-demand. They traditionally supply large businesses e.g. O2 and Vodafone with customised and personalised products. Our Commercial Solutions team identified a gap in the market for a new IDT sub-brand that would target small to medium-sized businesses, who are already selling personalised, branded products through their own storefronts (such as Etsy and Shopify). 

We created a new brand called Hatch, with the aim of helping these smaller businesses grow through a simple-to-use, but very powerful proprietary web platform. IDT owns the print technology, supply chain and fulfilment locations, meaning their unrivalled technology, product manufacturing and fulfilment capabilities are perfect partners to these businesses.  A 12-month social commerce strategy is being executed with key goals defined for each month delivering new sign-ups to the service and revenue growth.
